Fairy-tale props to create carnival images, entertainment program, leading - mysterious Sorceress, Christmas greetings from Santa Claus, live vocals, damn funny disco with DJ, a competition for the best carnival costumes, prizes and of course, New Year's fireworks on the main square of our city!
