New Year holidays are over, but in our cafe-bar the festive atmosphere and surprises continue! Brand-chef of cafe-bar Rasputin Anton Oberemok has developed a new winter menu, which we are ready to offer our guests today!

We offer to try:

— Steak skirt with chimichurri and pepper sauce. Juicy sous-vide meat is fried to a tender crust. The steak is served with an original sauce that consists of green peppers, garlic, fresh parsley and lemon juice. The taste of this dish is sure to please even the most sophisticated gourmets.

— Crispy eggplant salad with fried cottage cheese is an undisputed hit and favorite of this season. This dish combines the cheerful crunch of juicy eggplant with the tenderness of grilled cottage cheese.
